

Emer Brady
Emer’s educational background is in food & health, with a BSc in Human Nutrition from University College Dublin and a Masters in Food Business & Innovation from University College Cork.
Before joining Opinions, Emer spent 5 years working in a wide variety of roles within the food industry, including on innovation teams in retail and foodservice companies, new product development, brand management, start-ups, and academic research.
Since joining the team in December 2022, Emer has worked both qualitatively and quantitatively on projects in a range of sectors including food and beverage, sustainability, banking and education.
During her spare time, Emer can be found visiting new cafes and restaurants, or on the tennis courts where she’s recently been taking lessons.
