Richard Cooper

Richard holds a degree in Agricultural Science from UCD and a master’s in design Innovation (food) from Maynooth University.

Richard has a wealth of experience across the agrifood value chain having worked on farms across multiple sectors, produced award- winning farmhouse cheese and worked as part of the commercial team in one of Ireland’s largest suppliers of prepacked cheese for the retail and foodservice sectors.

Richard has worked on projects across multiple sectors since joining Opinions in 2021 including food and beverage, agricultural, sustainability, mental health and the alcoholic beverages sector.

In Richard’s spare time, he enjoys hill running, replacing calories from hill running, and going to live music.
